Important rules

🚭 SMOKING IS PROHIBITED inside the apartments.
⚡ ELECTRIC FENCE: Do not touch or climb over the horses' white fence.
🏊 POOL: Usable until 8:00 pm. There is no lifeguard: use is at your own risk.
Note: In case of wind or storms, please close umbrellas and sunbeds and fasten the house shutters.

🧺 LINEN: For stays longer than one week, leave dirty linen outside the door for exchange, at the following cost: €12 for single sheets, €24 for double sheets, €10 for a pair of towels.

Life on the farm

You are immersed in nature and on an active working farm.
Animals: You will meet our horses, pigs, cats, dogs and small birds. Fish live in the fountain basins and naturally help keep mosquitoes away.
Insects: Being in the countryside, you may encounter insects. This is a sign of a healthy ecosystem, not treated with chemical pesticides.
Water: The water for the pool and the houses comes from a natural spring on the property.

♻️ Waste Management (Door-to-Door)

Recycling is essential to us. Place waste outside the brown gate the evening before collection, in the designated containers.

Monday morning: General waste in a bag
Tuesday morning: Plastic (clean please) in the transparent plastic bag
Wednesday morning: Glass and Metal in the blue container
Friday morning: Paper and Cardboard, in paper bags or a box – dirty paper goes into general waste

Organic Waste: Use our compost bin located to the right of the vegetable garden (next to the greenhouse, near House B). Use only compostable bags.

Very important: please follow the recycling rules. You will find all necessary information in each apartment, but if in doubt, please contact us.

At the end of your stay, please leave your properly sorted waste in the ground-floor waste room, next to the washing machine. Organic waste goes in the compost bin.

Shared washing machine — Step-by-step instructions

€5 per wash: accepts only 10 coins of €0.50 each. Do not pay before starting or the machine will not register the payment.

1. Turn on the ON/OFF wall switch (to your left, behind the machine).

2. Turn on the ON/OFF switch on the washing machine (to your right).

3. Select the language.

4. Press programme selection and choose your programme.

5. Pour laundry detergent into the large compartment and fabric softener into the small one.

6. Pay €5 with coins.

7. Press the start button.

8. When finished, switch off the wall switch.

Regole importanti

🚭 VIETATO FUMARE all'interno degli appartamenti.
⚡ RECINZIONE ELETTRICA: Non toccare o scavalcare la recinzione bianca dei cavalli.
🏊 PISCINA: Utilizzabile fino alle ore 20:00. Non è presente un bagnino: l'uso è sotto la vostra responsabilità.
Nota: In caso di vento o temporale, vi preghiamo di chiudere ombrelloni e sdraio e agganciare le persiane di casa.

🧺 BIANCHERIA: Per soggiorni superiori a una settimana, lasciate la biancheria sporca fuori dalla porta per il cambio, al seguente costo: 12 € per i lenzuoli singoli, 24 € per i lenzuoli matrimoniali, 10 € per un paio di asciugamani.

La vita in fattoria

Siete immersi nella natura e in un'azienda agricola attiva.
Animali: Incontrerete i nostri cavalli, maiali, gatti, cani e uccellini. Nelle vasche con fontana vivono pesci che ci aiutano a combattere naturalmente le zanzare.
Insetti: Essendo in piena campagna, è possibile incontrare insetti. È il segno di un ecosistema sano e non trattato con pesticidi chimici.
Acqua: L'acqua della piscina e delle case proviene da una sorgente naturale della proprietà.

♻️ Gestione dei Rifiuti (Porta a Porta)

La raccolta differenziata è fondamentale per noi. Esponete i rifiuti fuori dal cancello marrone la sera prima del ritiro, negli appositi contenitori.

Lunedì mattina: Secco indifferenziato in un sacchetto
Martedì mattina: Plastica (pulita per cortesia) nel sacchetto di plastica trasparente
Mercoledì mattina: Vetro e Metallo nel contenitore blu
Venerdì mattina: Carta e Cartone, in sacchetti di carta o in un cartone – la carta sporca va nel secco indifferenziato

Scarti Organici: Utilizzate il nostro contenitore del compost situato a destra dell'orto (ai lati della serra nei pressi di Casa B). Usate solo sacchetti compostabili.

Molto importante: seguire le regole di raccolta differenziata dei rifiuti. In ogni appartamento troverete tutte le informazioni necessarie, ma in caso di dubbi contattateci.

Al termine del vostro soggiorno, si prega di depositare i rifiuti adeguatamente differenziati nel locale rifiuti al piano terra, vicino alla lavatrice. Rifiuti organici nel contenitore del compost.

Lavatrice condivisa — Istruzioni passo dopo passo

5€ a lavaggio: accetta solo 10 monete da 0,50€ ciascuna. Non inserire il pagamento prima dell'avvio, altrimenti la macchina non registrerà il pagamento.

1. Accendere l'interruttore ON/OFF a parete (alla vostra sinistra, dietro la macchina).

2. Accendere l'interruttore ON/OFF della lavatrice (alla vostra destra).

3. Selezionare la lingua.

4. Selezionare il programma e scegliere quello desiderato.

5. Versare il detersivo nell'apposito scomparto grande e l'ammorbidente in quello piccolo.

6. Pagare €5 con le monete.

7. Premere il pulsante di avvio.

8. Al termine, spegnere l'interruttore a parete.

Wichtige Regeln

🚭 RAUCHEN in den Apartments ist VERBOTEN.
⚡ ELEKTROZAUN: Bitte den weißen Pferdezaun nicht berühren oder übersteigen.
🏊 POOL: Nutzbar bis 20:00 Uhr. Es gibt keinen Bademeister: Die Nutzung erfolgt auf eigene Gefahr.
Hinweis: Bei Wind oder Gewitter bitte Sonnenschirme und Liegen schließen und die Fensterläden des Hauses sichern.

🧺 BETTWÄSCHE: Bei Aufenthalten von mehr als einer Woche legen Sie bitte die schmutzige Wäsche zum Wechseln vor die Tür, zu folgenden Kosten: 12 € für Einzelbettwäsche, 24 € für Doppelbettwäsche, 10 € für ein Paar Handtücher.

Das Leben auf dem Bauernhof

Sie sind mitten in der Natur und auf einem aktiven landwirtschaftlichen Betrieb.
Tiere: Sie werden unsere Pferde, Schweine, Katzen, Hunde und kleine Vögel treffen. In den Brunnenbecken leben Fische, die auf natürliche Weise helfen, Mücken fernzuhalten.
Insekten: Da wir mitten auf dem Land sind, können Sie auf Insekten treffen. Dies ist ein Zeichen für ein gesundes, nicht mit chemischen Pestiziden behandeltes Ökosystem.
Wasser: Das Wasser für Pool und Häuser stammt aus einer natürlichen Quelle auf dem Grundstück.

♻️ Müllentsorgung (Tür-zu-Tür)

Mülltrennung ist für uns sehr wichtig. Stellen Sie den Müll am Abend vor der Abholung vor das braune Tor, in die entsprechenden Behälter.

Montagmorgen: Restmüll in einem Beutel
Dienstagmorgen: Plastik (bitte sauber) im durchsichtigen Plastikbeutel
Mittwochmorgen: Glas und Metall im blauen Behälter
Freitagmorgen: Papier und Karton, in Papiertüten oder einem Karton – schmutziges Papier gehört in den Restmüll

Bioabfall: Nutzen Sie unseren Kompostbehälter rechts vom Gemüsegarten (neben dem Gewächshaus in der Nähe von Haus B). Verwenden Sie nur kompostierbare Beutel.

Sehr wichtig: Bitte befolgen Sie die Regeln zur Mülltrennung. In jedem Apartment finden Sie alle nötigen Informationen, bei Fragen kontaktieren Sie uns bitte.

Bitte stellen Sie am Ende Ihres Aufenthalts den ordentlich getrennten Müll im Müllraum im Erdgeschoss neben der Waschmaschine ab. Bioabfall im Kompostbehälter.

Gemeinsame Waschmaschine — Schritt-für-Schritt-Anleitung

5€ pro Waschgang: akzeptiert nur 10 Münzen zu je 0,50€. Bitte bezahlen Sie erst nach dem Start, da die Maschine die Zahlung sonst nicht registriert.

1. Den ON/OFF-Wandschalter einschalten (links von Ihnen, hinter der Maschine).

2. Den ON/OFF-Schalter an der Waschmaschine einschalten (rechts von Ihnen).

3. Sprache auswählen.

4. Programm auswählen und das gewünschte Programm wählen.

5. Waschmittel in das große Fach und Weichspüler in das kleine Fach geben.

6. €5 mit Münzen bezahlen.

7. Starttaste drücken.

8. Nach Beendigung den Wandschalter ausschalten.
