Casa B – Agriturismo Cascina Bissiniga

House B is an independent apartment within the historic Cascina Bissiniga farmhouse, featuring a private terrace with stunning views of the surrounding countryside and hills. Guests have access to the property's swimming pool and green spaces, all just minutes away from Salò and Lake Garda. It is the perfect choice for those seeking an authentic nature retreat within a historic building that retains the true atmosphere of a country home.

Cascina Bissiniga offers a peaceful setting for a rustic, unpretentious holiday.

The estate comprises a 2.5-hectare olive grove and an additional 1.5 hectares housing two vacation rentals and our family home. Although the structure dates back to the 1980s, we make annual improvements—such as the 2021 renovation of the swimming pool. It is an ideal spot for families and nature lovers alike.

A tourist tax of €2.00 per person (aged 14 and older) applies and is payable on-site.

If you appreciate spaciousness and nature, this is the place for you! The farmhouse sits on private grounds shared with the family home, surrounded by a 2.5-hectare olive grove containing 600 trees. The apartments are spacious and located in separate wings of the same building, sharing only the main staircase. Casa B measures 140 sqm—including a 67 sqm terrace—and features a private garden with olive and fruit trees, as well as space for pets. It is a very peaceful location with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside.

You can even see the lake from the pool area. Guests have access to the owners' private, L-shaped swimming pool (16m x 9m x 7m), which is nestled amidst the natural surroundings. The swimming pool is shared between the apartment guests and our family. There is no lifeguard on duty at the private pool. Features such as the diving board, the 2.5-meter depth at the deep end, and the ability to dive are rare these days; in the vast majority of public pools, regulations even prohibit diving from the poolside. Here, it is permitted because the pool is private and because we have always trusted our guests' sense of responsibility and good judgment; we therefore ask that you use the facilities conscientiously, respecting the freedom and trust we extend to our guests.

Both apartments are somewhat dated but functional. The beds are seven years old, and the kitchen in Apartment B is two years old. The windows were installed in 2024. The bathrooms are dated (featuring bathtubs rather than showers) but functional. The electrical system was updated in 2024.

The swimming pool was completely renovated in 2021.
